1. PROCCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
(Privacy policy – Based on art. 13 of italian Law No. 196/2003)
The information a Customer provides Poggi Gionata DI on the pages of the website www.findweek.com during the registration process and to buy the products sold by Poggi Gionata DI, will be processed in accordance with the Italian Law No. 196/2003, about the protection of personal information.
This policy is about the personal information sent by the user during the registration process or when he/she buys a product on this website, and about the personal information collected during the user’s visits on the website www.findweek.com.
The customer acknowledges that, in addition to information expressly provided to Poggi Gionata DI, other information, related to the visits on our website, may be collected by Poggi Gionata DI. A) The purposes of the processing of the personal information are the following ones:
a. collecting, storing up and processing information to put in place and to manage the commercial agreement related to the services offered on our website (included sending commercial bills by email).
b. using information (in particular the email address) for communications about the commercial agreement.
c. collecting and storing up personal information to provide Justice Authorities any information they may request.
d. registration of domain, depending on the type chosen, with the qualified Italian and international Autorithies.
e. processing information collected during the navigation on the website, to give customers services in accordance with their expressed needs.
1.2 RULES FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
B) The rules of processing of the personal information are the following ones:
a. Only information absolutely necessary for the purposes written in the par. 1.1 of this Privacy Policy will be processed.
b. Personal information collected are processed with the actions written in the art. 4 comma 1 lett. a) Italian Law No. 196/2003: collecting, recording, structuring, storing up, consulting, processing, modifying, selecting, extracting, comparing, using, interconnecting, blocking, communicating, deleting, and erasing information. These information may be stored up in a database.
c. The processing will be made both by human beings and by software.
d. Personal information are processed directly by Poggi Gionata DI and by people in charge of the processing on behalf of Poggi Gionata DI.
1.3. COLLECTING INFORMATION AND CONSEQUENCES OF THE REFUSAL
The user can refuse to provide Poggi Gionata DI the requested information.
But, if the user refuses to provide requested information for the purposes written in the art. 4 comma 1 lett. a) Italian Law No. 196/2003, he/she won’t be able to subscribe to our website and to use the services offered on our website.

Art. 7. of the Italian Law No. 196/2003
Personal information access rights and other rights:
1. The user has the right to get the confirmation about whether or not information about him/her are held, even if they have not yet been recorded, and to receive them in a intelligible format.
2. The user has the right to get too the following information;
a) the source of personal information;
b) the purposes and the rules of processing of the personal information;
c) how personal information have been processed if they have been processed by software;
d) the identity of Controller, of Processor and of people in charge of the processing, pursuant to art. 5, comma 2;
e) People who can process the personal information because in charge of this in Italy.
3. The user has the right to get:
a) the update, the correction or, when requested, the integration of personal information;
b) the deletion, the transformation in an anonymous way, or the block of personal information processed, when they violate the law, included those information whose conservation is not necessary for the purposes of their collection and their processing;
c) the confirmation that the actions described in the points a) e b) of par. 3., even content related to them, have been communicated to those people who received information, except in the case it’s not possible or it needs a disproportionate effort in comparison with the right protected.
4. The user has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to processing of personal information about him/her, even if they are relevant to the purposes of the processing.
b) to the processing of personal information about him/her collected to send advertising materials, to sell directly o to do market researches or commercial communications.
1.8. PROCESSING TIME FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION
The time of the processing of personal information will be not longer than the one necessary for the purposes of the collecting of personal information, in accordance with the civil and fiscal obligations.
The customer can at any time exercise the rights described in the art. 7 of Italian Law No. 196/2003.
The controller of the processing of personal information is Mr. Gionata Poggi, who guarantees the customers about the respect of rules on the processing of personal information.
CONSENT FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Once read the previous rules, I give my personal information to Poggi Gionata DI, pursuant to Italian Law No. 196/2003.
